Let's celebrate our new stadium field with the Iroquois Braves football team at their last home game and senior night this Saturday. The game starts at 7:00. Prior to the game from 5:30 to 6:30 come join families and friends of the Braves at a picnic in the parking lot. This is a bring your own chair and favorite picnic food event with no additional charge. We hope to see you there for some community spirit as we cheer on the Braves who will take on Saegertown.
Join PHEAA on Weds, Oct. 6th at 5:30pm for a virtual Financial Aid/FAFSA Night webinar. This presentation provides an understanding of student financial decisions, as well as a assistance completing the FAFSA form. The link to this event is located on your student's Schoology page.
Winter sports athlete signups are online, visit the athletic webpage or bit.ly/3F6qPv9 to sign up. All athletes with current fall physicals will need to get a SECTION 7 form completed and to the coach before the first practice. This form is online and in the front office. GO BRAVES!

Iroquois girls soccer is warming up for their home opener with Fairview. Game time is 1 pm, at 800 Water Street, sports passes are available for the 2021 season at the gate, GO BRAVES!
The football game scheduled for this Friday, September 3rd, at Saegertown has been cancelled. Enjoy the long holiday weekend.
In consideration of the masking mandate for all schools, Iroquois students will be required to wear a face-covering when inside the school building. A face covering means a covering of the nose and mouth that is secured to the head with ties, straps, or loops over the ears or wrapped around the lower face. It must completely cover the nose and mouth. Face shields are NOT an acceptable face-covering due to the open spaces that do not protect against the spreading of respiratory droplets. The only exemptions in place for public schools are: particular medical conditions, performing tasks when a mask would cause an unsafe condition, inability to remove a mask without assistance, those younger than two, anyone participating in a sport or certain other activities such as playing musical instruments.
Erie County has rescinded religious exemption of indoor masking. Thank you and we appreciate your help in following state and local guidelines on masking.

A message from Chris Wise, the Band Director at Iroquois: I would like to invite you to attend our next Band Booster Meeting on Tuesday 8/24 at 6:45 PM in the High School Band Room.
Traditionally, our boosters have supported our marching band with much behind-the-scene help. We would like to extend our booster program to include all band member grownups from 5th grade through 12th grade to support the entire program. We hope to see you there! Go Braves!
The Iroquois School District Board of Directors will be voting on the District’s 2021-2022 Health and Safety Plan.
