Good afternoon IES families! In an effort to provide you with some information for the upcoming school year, I wanted to let you know that student homerooms are now available in Infinite Campus. Letters regarding transportation will be sent in the coming weeks. If you have any questions about how to set up a parent account for Infinite Campus, please reach out to the IES office at (814) 899-7643 x2000. Please also note that our Back to School Bonanza will take place on Tuesday, August 13 from 5:30-7:00 and our Open House will take place on Thursday, August 22 from 5:00-6:30. Good morning IES 6th Grade families! We are excited to honor our 6th Grade students at today's promotion ceremony. Mr. Cadden's and Ms. Fadden's homerooms will be at 11:00 AM and Ms. Durante's and Ms. Graham's homerooms will be at 12:00 PM. Attention IES families: Over the course of the next few days, students will be given a folder containing optional activities that allow them to practice essential skills over the summer. Students who complete the work and submit the required documents during the first week of the 2024-2025 school year will earn incentives listed in the folder. Attention IES families: Safety Town is June 10 – 14, 2024 at Iroquois Elementary School. This is a fantastic opportunity for incoming Kindergarten students at Iroquois to learn all about safety from police officers, bus drivers and firefighters! Attention IES families: Due to tomorrow's weather forecast, we will be moving our end of year Olympics Field Day to Thursday, May 30! We can't wait to see some amazing sportsmanship and teamwork!

Sports physicals for the 2024-2025 school year are at the elementary school on Thursday, May 30th. For your student to play a middle school sport next year they must have a PIAA physical on file with the school. Physical packets can be turned in tomorrow for your student to receive a FREE sports physical at the Elementary School. You can visit the school's athletics page to print a new CIPPE form.

Thank you to our friends from Widget Financial for surprising our students with ice cream sundaes! This special treat was a celebration for finishing their PSSAs; but, of course, ALL of our students work hard so ice cream (or popsicles) for everyone!
