We always welcome parents to be a part of their child’s education. In order for you to volunteer in any capacity at IES, you must fill out the two district forms (volunteer application and background check agreement) and obtain three clearances (Act 34, Act 151, and Act 114) on your own. Please be sure to read through the Iroquois Volunteer Policy.

This packet includes directions for obtaining your own clearances. The clearances do take some time to come in the mail. You will receive a faster response if you complete the forms on-line. Your completed volunteer application, background check agreement, and clearances will be submitted the school board for approval. School board voting meetings are held once a month.
