Attention ISD Families....The school calendar was revised at our June School Board meeting. Please find attached the Revised 2023-2024 School Calendar. An additional Act 80 Day was added for April 8, 2024. This will be used as a Teacher In-Service Day - NO SCHOOL for students.
7th Grade Orientation and New 8th Grade student Orientation will be held on August 16th from 9-10am in the high school auditorium. Parents are welcome to attend, but not required. A postcard will be mailed home regarding this event at the end of July.
Information for the 2023/2024 School Year Parents of 7th graders and 12th graders, it is very important over the summer months that you contact your doctor's office to schedule an appointment for your child to receive the vaccines that are required for each grade level listed below. If you think your child may have had these vaccines already you may want to check with your doctor's office to make sure. Students who do not have required vaccinations listed below will be excluded from school until the school receives proof of the vaccines from the doctor's office. The doctor's office may fax to 814-897-2410, attention school nurse. Please try and schedule a visit ASAP as appointments book quickly and there is usually a waiting period. The IHS Cheerleaders will be having a Community Carnival on July 4th at Iroquois Elementary School. This will begin at the conclusion of the parade and go until the fireworks. Please see attached flyer.

Attention Iroquois families! Safety Town is a program for incoming Kindergarten students designed to promote safety for our children that will be at the Elementary School from June 12 – 16, 2023. There are two sessions: Morning 9 – 11 am or Afternoon 12:30 – 2:30 pm. Through various activities sponsored by the East Lakeshore Lions Club, Iroquois School District, Lawrence Park Police Department and Lawrence Park Fire Department, they will learn street and fire safety, stranger danger and how to communicate with community helpers!
