Health and Safety Plan Update: Starting on March 2nd, 2022 - masks will not be required on district transportation. Masks are still strongly recommended as one layer of protection against COVID-19 on buses and in school. Thank you for your continued support as we continue to provide quality in-person instruction.

Congratulations to our varsity wrestlers on strong finishes this weekend. Ryan Slupski (5th place) and Sam Kightlinger (2nd place) finished strong at sectionals. The boys will be moving on to districts! Go Braves


The Lady Braves closed out their season tonight with a hard fought game vs LeBoeuf. We came up short but put up a season high 39 point. Proud of these girls for fighting through a tough season. Go Braves


Tonight’s Vocal Ensemble Love Concert at IES at 6:00pm is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. The concert will be rescheduled for a future date. Purchased tickets can be redeemed for the new concert date or reimbursed. Please contact Mrs. Kelly if you have any questions.

Sports Updates for Thursday 2/3/22:
Girls Basketball game is cancelled, practice will be from 4-6, the girls’ game will made-up tomorrow evening at 7 pm.
JH Basketball @ Corry is cancelled, practice at the elementary from 4:30-6 tonight.
JV and Varsity will practice 6-8 tonight in the HS gym.
Swimming will practice from 3-5 pm after school.

This is a reminder, the 8th grade basketball game will be streamed live today. This is a closed event. We will not allow spectators in the building until the tip off of the 7th grade game at 3:10 pm. LINK: https://youtu.be/lYHKQh__ZUE

This is just a reminder that we will be holding Parent/Teacher conferences for the middle school students (grades 7 & 8th) on Thursday, January 27th. Junior High students will not come to school that day but Senior High will operate as normal.

Good morning IHS families! Out of an abundance of caution, we will be shifting our Parent/Teacher conference format to ONLY a phone conference or a Zoom conference with your child’s teacher. The staff will be reaching out personally with invitations for certain parents. Please reach out to one of your student's teachers if you feel a need to schedule a conversation with the grade level team on January 27, 2022.

Parents please be aware that a letter has been sent home today and your response is required. This letter pertains to graduation and diplomas for your senior. All responses are due to the high school office no later than Thursday, January 27th.

Iroquois Jr./Sr. High School has been selected to participate in the National Assessment of Education Progress. On Thursday, February 10, 2022, a select group of 8th grade students will be participating in the NAEP testing. Letters will be mailed home to the parents of these students at the end of the month.

The Jr High Boys Basketball game scheduled for 1/11, in Corry, has been cancelled, rescheduling information will be posted on the athletic calendar.

If you are in need of a COVID test; Erie County Department of Health is offering Rapid Testing on Wednesday, JANUARY 12, from 3 to 6 p.m. at Bayfront Convention Center, 1 Sassafras Pier, Erie. Results will be given within 24hrs via email and/or by phone within 4 hrs.
